Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Blended Learning Course VIRTUAL CLASSROOM DESCRIPTION

Learn the basics of a time proven problem-solving and process improvement approach through highly interactive, self-paced e-Learning followed by scheduled instructor-led virtual classroom sessions to reinforce your learning. Throughout the course, you will work in small virtual teams to complete a simulated project to practice your newly acquired skills.

This course requires about 5.5 hours per week for 12 weeks of which 4 hours are self-paced independent study, and 1.5 hours scheduled virtual classroom time. When you meet all the requirements of the course, you will be awarded a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from OpusWorks Institute.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with Simulated Capstone Project

This self-paced course covers Lean Six Sigma methodologies at the Green Belt level, plus requires students to participate in teams to complete a simulated Capstone Project, the objective of which is to solve a simulated real-world problem.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with Simulated Capstone Project VIRTUAL CLASSROOM DESCRIPTION

This course requires 22-26 hours to complete Part 1 of the self-paced e-Learning. Because the course is self-paced, a student can take individual modules over a series of a few days or many days, at his or her preference, based upon a timeline that may be established by the customer organization.

This course requires 15-21 hours to complete Part 2 of the Capstone Project, approximately 21 in-person hours spaced over 3 days, or approximately 15 hours spaced over 4 sessions, if in a virtual team setting.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification VIRTUAL CLASSROOM DESCRIPTION

This self-paced course covers Lean Six Sigma methodologies at the Green Belt level and at the Black Belt level. It is designed for students who know that they want to proceed all the way through the Black Belt level without having to enroll in one course for the prerequisite level (Green Belt) and then a second course for the Black Belt level.

This course requires 22-26 hours to complete the self-paced e-Learning in Part 1 of the course. Because the course is self-paced, a student can take individual modules over a series of a few days or many days, at his or her preference, based upon a timeline that may be established by the customer organization.

This course requires 18-22 hours for Part 2 of the course. A student can take individual modules within a few days or can spread them out over many days, at his or her preference.
