Rob Stewart co-founded The Quality Group in 1992 and ever since, he has been the driving force behind the TQG's proven leadership at delivering innovative and compelling e-Learning solutions for business, organizations and communities. Rob is a particularly strong advocate for blended learning. He firmly believes that "if the e-Learning does not set-up better human interaction, don't do it!' | |||||||

Prior to The Quality Group, Rob advanced through numerous sales, marketing and management positions at IBM, and held senior leadership positions at a bank software start-up and a multimedia training company. Beyond Quality and e-Learning, Rob volunteers with a range of youth programs and as an avid athlete, he has finished the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon-twice. Rob is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Emory University with a BA in Economics and is a leader in AeA, ASTD and ISSSP. | |||||||

Dan oversees e-Learning development and customization. He does extensive hands-on authoring, and his skills include graphics, digital video and animation, as well as sound and web design. When asked about his career, Dan comments, "If you had told me 20 years ago, when I was at the University of Georgia, getting a BS in Finance, that I'd be part of the e-Learning revolution, I would have just laughed. But my non-tech background keeps me grounded in real-world needs." | |||||||

Refugee aid has taken Dan to several foreign countries to work with people in need due to political or religious persecution. He has achieved the rank of Nidan in the Japanese Martial Arts Aikido and co-founded a school in Atlanta. | |||||||

David oversees our e-Learning portal technology. Dave is the Systems Architect for both OpusWorks ComposerTM, and ConductorTM. Fluent in SQL, HTML, DHTML, ASP, Flash, Visual Basic, VBScript, Java, and graphic design, Dave is also a successful business owner, manager and developer. | |||||||

David is an Army veteran and former Airborne paratrooper. He attended Western Carolina University where he studied Computer Information Systems and graduated in the top one percent of ROTC students nationwide. An avid walker, David "puts in" up to six-miles every day. | |||||||

John Best, Master Black Belt and Lean Advisor, is the lead subject matter expert for The Quality Group’s Lean Six Sigma Blended e-Learning curriculum. He also directs TQG's Master Champion Network and consults with TQG's Academic Partner and Corporate clients. Prior to TQG, John was program manager for Business Excellence training at Seagate Technology where he used TQG's learning technologies to implement a corporate blended learning program that was internationally recognized as a best-in-class. |

John has almost 40 years of experience in the areas of Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and ISO 9000. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality and recognized by ASQ as a Certified Quality Engineer. John earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University. | |||||||

Carol is responsible for sales, marketing, and management of the WinAt-Work Series, which teaches employability skills for career and personal growth. She brings over 20 years experience in marketing, sales, and training from both non-profit and corporate organizations, and has presented at seminars, workshops, training sessions, and a variety of National and Regional Conferences. |

Passionate about making a difference and helping communities build effective and sustainable workforce development programs, Carol counts managing the WinAt-Work video production project and content upgrade as one of the highlights of her career. | |||||||

Like others on the TQG team, Carol is active in her community. She volunteers for several organizations and is a former marathoner, a current hiker, and a soccer grandma. | |||||||

Jennifer Ralston, Master Black Belt, Lean Sensei, and former Director of Process Improvement for Biomedical Services at American Red Cross National Headquarters, is the lead subject matter expert for the healthcare version of The Quality Group’s Lean Six Sigma Blended e-Learning curriculum. As a TQG Master Champion, with wide-ranging experience in the classified and unclassified federal government, healthcare, pharmaceutical, commercial industrial environments, and non-profit organizations, Jennifer brings great value to TQG Academic Partners and Corporate clients. While at American Red Cross, Jennifer spearheaded the successful conversion to blended learning from 100% Instructor-Led Training, using TQG’s Lean Six Sigma e-Learning solution set. |

Jennifer is an expert in quality, process improvement, process engineering, quality auditing, software quality, change management, project management, and lean six sigma methodologies. She is also an auditor for several organizations such as AABB, CAP and ISO.
