Lean Six Sigma
Green Belt Certification
image description

Green Belt certification is ideal for those who are part of a Six Sigma Management Team and those who are assisting with data collection and analysis for improvement projects. Green Belt training will allow you to implement Lean Six Sigma proficiently.

Lean Six Sigma is a disciplined, problem-solving and process improvement approach that focuses on eliminating waste, reducing variability, and improving customer satisfaction. The benefits of Lean Six Sigma ultimately drive right to the bottom line! This course will prepare you to lead smaller scoped projects in your immediate work environment, or to participate more effectively in complex projects led by a higher-level practitioner.

Green Belts are typically process managers/leaders who manage a couple of projects each year in their functionally specific area of the organization while maintaining their regular work duties. OpusWorks'® Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course artfully blends the tools of Lean with the rigorous DMAIC problem solving methodology and statistical toolset.

Using our Blended Learning Design, Green Belt students utilize visually eye-catching online modules to gain a deeper understanding of Lean and DMAIC methodologies. Virtual Classroom sessions allow instructors to build upon this knowledge and focus the learning for immediate action.
