Front-line managers and supervisors are faced with problems that must be solved every day. The effectiveness of each manager in successfully solving problems is highly variable. Learning and applying a basic problem-solving framework and applying basic Lean principles, every supervisor and manager can greatly improve their problem solving effectiveness.

Learn a simple but powerful problem-solving framework during this 4 week all virtual course. The OpusWorks® Go 4 It four step problem-solving framework incorporates time proven Lean tools like A-3, Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), Eight Wastes, Error Proofing and many others into an Identify It, Dig Into It, Fix It and Track It framework. OpusWorks’® time-proven and highly interactive e-Learning modules teach the fundamentals followed by weekly virtual classroom sessions to engage with our world class instructors, and collaborate with fellow students with hands-on exercises to reinforce and practice their newly learned problem-solving skills.

Designed specifically for:

  • Supervisors that need to quickly and effectively solve day-to-day problems.
  • Managers that oversee supervisors that need to quickly form a small team to solve problems.
  • PI Professionals that need a simple but effective problem-solving framework to correct problems fast.

This class requires between 1 and 2 hours per week of independent, self-paced e-Learning each week for 4 weeks, with live 90-minute virtual sessions each week to reinforce and practice what was learned in the e-Learning.
