"Learn-By-Doing" applied to the DMAIC Methodology ensures a thorough understanding of Process Improvement. By using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control steps in real-world situations, learners identify root causes, simulate options, and test solutions. The course integrates Lean Six Sigma tools in a challenging environment to solve problems and sustain improvements. Participants work in teams, typical for most Process Improvement projects. Success is measurable, with all results tracked and reported, including a final exam.

Use the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control methodology in a real-world situation to help you truly understand Process Improvement. Identify root causes of the problem, simulate options, and test potential solutions for improvement and implementation. Course incorporates LSS tools in a demanding setting to effectively solve a problem and sustain the gains made through continuous improvement. Learners work in a team environment, as customary for most PI projects.
You and your learners are able to measure success, as all results are tracked and reported, including a final exam.
